　　Job Description
　　Based on your process competence you take care of the continuous planning, analysis and optimization of all operational jobs and operating materials as well as the implementation and optimization of process flow within the assembly.
　　Based on production time analysis (MTM) and lean methods you will define and evaluate production demands with regard totechnical feasibility and efficiency.
　　You consider ergonomic aspects and prepare the process documentation regular (i.e. FMEA, PCP, APQP,…).
　　You align the production process towards thecustomer demands and ensure the optimal utilization of staff, machines,equipment and vehicles.
　　Planning and execution of preventive Maintenance are part of your job as well as the recognition and repair of equipment disruptions.
　　You will also be in charge for internal process audits and continuous improvement of the production process.

　　Your Qualifcations
　　Bachelor/Master degree in mechanics,production technics or industrial engineering.
　　Min. 3 years working experience, preferably in the automotive industry
　　First Experience in REFA or MTM, Mechanic,Production- and Equipment technics as well as SPS Programming will be recommended.
　　Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Project,Word and Power Point) are demanded.
　　Awareness for efficiency and quality combined with strong analytical, crossfunctional mindset.
　　Fluent English skills.
　　Base experience in Lean Management and continuousim provement (CIP).
　　Trustful, open for challenges and hands-onmentality.

　　Remuneration and Welfare
　　10k/month* 12months + 1month performance bonus(10k, by the end of the year)，Social insurance and house funding Qualifications.

　　职位描述
　　掌管所有操作工作和操作资料以及装配中的工艺流程，对它们进行可持续规划、分析和优化；；
　　基于出产功夫丈量法（MTM）和精益出产法，明确和评估出产需要的效能以及技术可行性；；
　　您要思考工效学方面的问题，并定期筹备有关文档（例如FMEA，PCP，APQP等）；；
　　能够凭据客户需要调整出产流程，并确保员工，机械，设备和车辆的最佳利用率；；
　　预防与守护打算和执行的风险，设备故障的鉴别和修理；；
　　掌管对产品内部流程的审核和出产过程的持续改进（CIP）！！！！

　　岗位要求
　　机械，出产工艺或工业工程学士/硕士学位；；
　　至少3年工作经验，汽车行业优先；；
　　拥有REFA或MTM、机械、出产和设备工艺以及SPS编程方面的经验；；
　　要求纯熟操作MS Office办公软件（Excel，Project，Word和Power Point）；；
　　拥有较强的分析能力和跨职能思想能力，拥有工作效能与产品质量相结合的意识；；
　　英语能够作为工作说话；；
　　拥有精益治理和持续改进的根基经验(CIP)；；
　　诚信，乐于接受挑战和优良的着手能力！！！！

　　薪资福利
　　10k/月，12薪，加一个月绩效奖金（10k，年底发放），五险一金
