　　高级质量经理

　　工作职责

　　Responsible for the overall Product Quality of all Wind products delivered from the Shenyang factory;

　　Development and communication of quality goals and initiatives to local teams;

　　Development, deployment, and compliance to the local and global Wind Quality Management Systems;

　　Maintain site ISO 9001 registration and G-L certifications through internal and 3rd party Audits;

　　Disposition of all Non-Conforming Material;

　　Drive Root Cause and Corrective actions on significant internal and external Quality defects/issues (8D);

　　Support the implementation and maintenance of global digital QA processes;

　　Defect and CoQ data analysis to drive quality projects and initiatives;

　　Share best practices via the OnShore Renewables Horizontal Quality Leader;

　　Provide Response to Customer Issue Resolution processes as required;

　　Establish and drive key metrics:

　　1. Cost of Quality

　　2. Process Capability – Per DFMEA/PFMEA

　　3. Internal Defect Rate (DPMO)

　　4. Escaping Defect Rate (DPM)

　　5. Customer Issue Resolution Responsiveness

　　Staff and manage Quality team;

　　Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes for NPI product launches;

　　Ensure adequate product quality control with suppliers, work with the Supplier Quality Engineer/Suppliers to resolve and improve quality issues;

　　Interface the Customer in case of Quality issue, work with Project Management to address quality issues;

　　Perform Quality Audits, issue Non-Conformity and Corrective Actions follow-up on closure;

　　Use Six Sigma methodology to drive quality process improvements.

　　岗位要求

　　BS Degree in Engineering or related major;

　　BB certified in preferred requirement, desired Six Sigma experience (Black Belt – Degree);

　　More than 3 years working experience as a Quality Manager;

　　Solid manufacturing and Supply Chain working experience;

　　Strong understanding of the Quality System concept ISO 9001(2015);

　　Excellent problem resolving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity;

　　Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and organizational integration skills;

　　Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail;

　　Ability to create real and positive change in a team environment;

　　Plan resources and activities required for the completion of production plan, including logistics, planning, expediting, MRP, procurement in order to support manufacturing needs;

　　Interface with Production and External Suppliers in order to schedule the delivery of Raw Material to meet production demand;

　　Responsible for Shop Floor Scheduling, updating MRP Database and procurement tracking/expediting;

　　Maintain all data related to procurement and Inventory in the MRP system;

　　Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues;

　　Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally;

　　供给商质量治理工程师（SQE）

　　工作职责

　　Provide leadership to drive growth in business cooperation between GE Renewable & China supplier base;

　　Be the technical focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of GE Renewable.  Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements;

　　Provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product / process compliance with engineering drawings and specifications and frozen Manufacturing Process Plans (MPP);

　　Lead and work closely with various divisions of GE Renewable for First Piece Qualification (FPQ), Conduct regular quality Surveillance, including process and product audit and capacity audits;

　　Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CA) for the quality issues and drive the supplier improvements through CA and preventive actions;

　　Drive continuous improvements of supplier’s quality, cycle reduction and delivery performance through Six Sigma;

　　Work closely with GE Renewable Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements;

　　Aid in supplier approval process – manufacturing, technology, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) risk analysis and commodity assessment;

　　Able to define the capacity bottlenecks and find out the effective recovery solutions;

　　Track and work on Request for Quotation (RFQ) to support new business opportunities;

　　岗位要求

　　BS/MS Material/Mechanical Degree. 5+ years hands-on experience in supplier development – practical manufacturing (shop floor) exposure;

　　Prefer to work for fabrication components with good project management knowledge and experience;

　　Supplier quality management or supplier technical development experience highly valued ;

　　Working experience with wind industry, especially in wind tower preferred.  Familiar with ISO9001 or AS9100;

　　Knowledge, experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills in welding, NDT, coating, machining and inspection are required;

　　Familiar with the QMS requirement with the strong audit skills in the product, process and NDT;

　　Ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment with good teamwork spirit;

　　执行风力发电机组件发货前的质量检验;

　　通过NCR（不切合纪录系统）纪录产品不切合项并跟踪关闭不切合项问题;
